This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digitals (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit https://www.aigardendesigner.app or use the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app on iPhone, Android or the web.

2. Information we collect on this website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, and the page you requested. This is needed to deliver and secure the site.

3. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregated page views, device types and performance. These tools are designed to work without advertising cookies and without identifying you as an individual.

4. Google Analytics

If enabled through environment configuration, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. IP anonymization is requested where available. 7. FlorAI app and web app

If you use FlorAI on iPhone, Android or at app.easygarden.ai, we process the photos and design preferences you submit so the service can generate garden design concepts, plant identification hints and plant-care suggestions. Do not upload images of people without their permission, and do not upload content you are not allowed to share.

Account, purchase and subscription data may be processed by Apple, Google or our payment partners when you buy in-app features. We do not sell your garden photos as a product catalog.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential hosting and security technologies may be used to operate the site. Analytics and advertising tags described above may use cookies or similar storage if they are enabled.

9. How long we keep information

Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form according to each provider’s retention settings. App content you delete in the product is removed from active use, subject to backup cycles.

10. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us host, analyze and operate FlorAI (for example Vercel, Google, Meta, Apple and Google Play). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
