Terms of Service for FlorAI AI Garden Design

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlorAI website at https://www.aigardendesigner.app and the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app on iPhone, Android and the web (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. What FlorAI does

FlorAI is an AI garden design app. You can upload a photo of a garden or outdoor space and generate visual garden, landscaping and outdoor-living concepts. FlorAI may also provide plant identification and general plant-care suggestions. Results are inspiration and early planning aids, not professional landscape, engineering, construction or medical-style plant diagnoses.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country and able to agree to these Terms. If you use FlorAI on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have permission to do so.

4. Accounts and store purchases

Some features may require an account or an in-app purchase processed by Apple, Google or another payment partner. Their terms apply to billing, refunds and subscriptions. Keep your login details safe.

5. Your content

You retain rights in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those photos so we can operate FlorAI, generate designs, improve the Service, and provide support. You confirm you have the right to upload the photos and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service, attempt to break it, or overload it
• upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• upload photos of people without permission
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows
• resell generated designs as if they were a licensed professional landscape plan

7. AI results and limitations

Generated images can change geometry, scale, plants, materials, lighting and other details. They are not measured plans. Before you plant, build, irrigate, grade, or change a property, you should verify dimensions, boundaries, soil, drainage, climate, plant hardiness, safety, utilities and local rules. Plant Scan and Plant Health are general guidance only.

8. Intellectual property

FlorAI, the FlorAI logo, this website and the app interface are owned by Rocket Digitals or our licensors. You may not copy the brand or the Service except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to the Apple App Store, Google Play, the FlorAI web app, analytics providers and plant or gardening references. Those services have their own terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that designs will be accurate, buildable, plant-safe or suitable for your climate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, plants, materials or construction costs arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for FlorAI in the three months before the claim, or twenty US dollars, whichever is greater, unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or stop access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rocket Digitals’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
